Yes, the site is under constant surveillance with 24-hr manned security with HD CCTV cameras that record 24/7 to keep everything safe and sound. Each yard is fenced off and can only be accessed directly by each individual leaseholder.

 

What are the lease terms for My Yard space?

How do I pay for My Yard space?

 

Our standard payment terms are a security deposit that’s returned at the end of your lease, followed by a monthly Direct Debit payment for the duration of your lease. For short-term leases, we can also accept payment in cash for the entire lease. Just give the Site Manager a call to discuss the options.

 

Do you require ID and references?

 

Yes, we do. We accept photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport) and a utility bill with your full address and a date no more than 3 months ago. For commercial storage, we’ll also need two references.
