We have a proud history of providing a wide range of property related services to customers in Newtownards and North Down since 1899. Indeed prior to that the family business traded as coal merchants and stockbrokers (what a combination!) based in South Street Newtownards from the 1860's. After a spell in High Street the business moved to the present excellent location in Regent Street in 1920.

We are dedicated to providing each customer with a service tailored to their needs and pride ourselves in being flexible and adapting to individual preferences. You will not hear us say "Sorry we can't do it like that, head office won't allow us”.

Both partners have been members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the leading organisation for property professionals, for many years and are thereby qualified to deliver valuation and surveying services that many other estate agents are not able to. All RICS member firms comply with the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct and have the necessary complaint procedures and insurance cover in place in the unlikely event of a problem.
