Alexander Neil Property is a family run letting agency led by Neil Aicken. Neil has been buying, renovating, letting and selling property for over ten years. For a large part of that he worked in a prominent letting agency in Newtownards, focusing mainly in the North Down and Ards areas although now covers a 15 mile radius of Belfast.

Neil has built up a strong reputation in the Lettings market. He holds an up-to-date qualification in residential letting and property management and, being a landlord himself, understands the apprehension that people may have about letting their property. He has a vast experience in property renovation, refurbishment and repairs and works closely with a tried and tested team of tradesmen.
