Founded in 2005 By husband and wife team Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate agents began on the Antrim Road, Belfast. ↵ ↵Property People continued to enjoy success and opened a second branch on The Ormeau Road of South Belfast. ↵ ↵We are currently one of the market leaders in the Belfast residential sales, rentals and within the property management market. ↵ ↵2016 saw the opening of our 3rd branch in the Clogher Valley in the village of Augher County Tyrone. ↵ ↵This branch has benefited from new areas of property sales and letting such agricultural land, farms, development sites and new residential developments. ↵ ↵Around this time we gained Ciara Moran's two brothers Jarlath and Finbarr Daly bringing with them skills and experience from the construction, development and infrastructure. Property People are truly a family business with extensive knowledge in all aspects of property not only the selling, renting and managing of property but also investment, development, construction, infrastructure and pathology of the built environment. ↵ ↵Jarlath has recently gained his RICs accreditation and we are delighted to now be able to offer these specialised valuations to our customers. ↵
