JSWAP Property Management Ltd

Established in 2005 and initially set up to rent properties in the Limavady area. JSWAP currently oversees residential rental of properties throughout the province, for landlords using the internet, social media, and portals as cost effective marketing. JSWAP expanded into management of residential properties in 2009 as some landlords wanted the hands-off approach. The provision of maintenance has also grown as the number of managed properties expanded, maintenance functions are carried out by a range of self-employed sub-contractors.

In 2013 estate management was identified as being prime for JSWAP to branch into. Estate management has expanded swiftly to 28 live developments. Links have been forged with developers and quality systems put in place. As new builds grows so will our market share, we have approximately 1000 new properties coming on over the next year and chase further developments as they come up.

Recently commercial lettings have been added to the range of services provided and although not significant this service gives landlords another reason to use JSWAP and in time we hope to increase our market share in this field in the North-west region as achieved with residential rentals.
