The Company of 'J. Boggs' was established in Strabane by the late Jack Boggs in July 1948.

'J Boggs' has, as a Company for over half a century, been at the heart of both the Residential Housing Market and Agricultural Sector in Strabane and the surrounding areas.

Since its inception 'J. Boggs' has been a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and as such is fully bonded and licensed to transact business on both sides of the border.

In doing so, we believe we are able to offer both clients North and South an extensive range of professional services to include sales of  Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property.

'J. Boggs' has a long and trusted association with the Agri-Sector, having conducted Strabane Livestock Sales from the 1940's until the mid 1990's and continues to conduct Sales and Letting of Farmland, including Farm Auctions and Valuations of Land.

Furthermore we negotiate on Compensation, Wayleave and Landtake claims involving both Roads Service and Land & Property services and are also on the Valuation Panels of most Major Banks. We also liaise with Solicitors, Accountants, Government Bodies and other Financial Institutions regarding Probate and General Valuations of Land and Property.
