The Department for Communities (the Department) invites proposals for the development of lands at 269-283 Albertbridge Road and 2 Carnforth Street, Belfast, BT5 4PY and BT5 4QA. Proposals should be submitted not later than 12 noon on 23 March 2026.
The overall objective of this competition is to promote sustainable urban regeneration by selecting a high-quality development proposal that also meets the Department’s regeneration objectives for the local area. In seeking to work in partnership with the private sector, the Department recognises the contribution that this sector can make to urban regeneration in terms of innovative, high-quality design, professional expertise and financing.
